1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of teleway.com.sa and its pages (the “Website”), operated by Teleway. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. Separate written agreements between Teleway and a customer, operator or partner take priority over these terms for the services they cover.
2. What the Website is for
The Website provides information about Teleway, the Teleway Group, our partner programmes and our projects, and lets you contact us. Nothing on it is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract; services are provided only under a separate agreement or an operator's own terms.
3. Operator and partner services
Teleway is a distribution, sales and installation partner of operators and vendors including STC, Zain, Mobily, SALAM and Nokia. Products, plans, pricing, coverage and service terms are set by those operators and may change without notice. Where information on this Website differs from the operator's current terms, the operator's terms apply. All third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify partnerships.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Website in breach of Saudi law, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or overload the Website or its systems;
- introduce malware or send unsolicited or misleading messages through our forms;
- scrape, copy or reuse Website content in bulk without our written permission;
- submit information about another person without their authority, or false information.
5. Intellectual property
The Website's design, text, graphics, photography, video, logos and code are owned by Teleway, its group companies or its licensors and are protected by Saudi and international intellectual-property law. You may view the Website and print pages for personal or internal business reference. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
6. Information you send us
Enquiries and applications you submit are handled under our Privacy Policy. You confirm that what you send is accurate and that you have the right to send it.

We work to keep the Website accurate and current, but it is provided for general information. Statistics, coverage, headcount and project details may change and are not guarantees. We may change or remove content at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, after the parties have first tried in good faith to settle it by discussion.
